Return Policy

All product sales are final. In the event that you receive an incorrect order, you must provide documentation with photos or video footage, as well as return unopened products, to receive a full refund. We agree to pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong item). Return and refund exceptions for certain discrepancies are made by our management team on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to providing unparalleled customer service, but we will not tolerate being used and abused. If you are trying to defraud our business for any reason, we respectfully ask you to reconsider.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned merchandise. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time frame includes the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes for your account to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
